I hope yous guys all in happy blogger land are having a great holiday season started. I started mine off with helping my mom get Thanksgiving ready and my brother, sis-in-law and their family game over for a typical dinner. We will be having left over turkey at least 4 different ways and I really can't complain. I don't get home-made pot pie but only once a year! :)
Yesterday (black friday) I was lucky enough ... to be at work! Ha. Our receptionist took the week off so I ended up help cover the switchboard for a good part of the week. Yesterday afternoon was my last shift and it was pretty quiet. Our plant director went around and told everyone to go home at about 3:15 or so. So I got out an hour early. There were only like 8 people left that hadn't taken vacation so there was really nothing going on anyway.
Tonight I am going to a wedding reception for my boss's son. This is the boss that is Hindu/Indian so this is going to be an exotic night. I am looking forward to having some tandoori chicken. Indian food is one of my favorite kinds - it is all so flavorful and it can also be spicy.
I hope you're all having a great one!!
